Dear Nina, We were so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. She was indeed a sweet and lovely lady. I am sorry we couldn't attend the funeral. I had a funeral at the very same time. Bless you and we love you and we have been and will continue to keep you in our prayers.

From meeting Granny Otey several times and all the wonderful things I heard about her, I know that she has left behind a great family and is now looking over them and happy with the Lord. Believe that she will always be with you and that she is with her husband in heaven enjoying her well deserved place in the Lord's Kingdom. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you celebrate her life and mourn your loss of such a wonderful woman. - Alison Tober

Mrs. Otey's smile shows a life well lived, and her legacy are 8 beautiful children and their families left to remember her. My sympathy for your loss.

Raymond & Nina, I'm so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. When I think back on my teenage years, I remember spending a lot of time at your house, along with a number of other friends. Your Mom never seemed to mind putting up with all of us...she always had a smile for us. I know you'll miss her, but she'll always be as close as a memory. I'd love to hear from you, Raymond, & you too, Nina. God Bless you & your whole family.
