Dear Tom, Bevra and Krattenmaker family, I was sorry to learn the sad news of "Mr. Krattenmaker's" death. 93 years! How wonderful it was for you to have the benefit of his wisdom, his love, and his joy in life for so many years! The class of 1939, Aunt Kay, baseball - lots of good memories. Diana

I really enjoyed helping Herman with his computer many times. He was so very kind and such an amazing and interesting person. I will miss him dearly! My condolences to the family.

To the Krattenmaker family and friends, Herm was a beloved figure at the St. George Tucker House in Colonial Williamsburg where we served together as volunteer hosts for more than a decade before health issues caught up with him. We shared many interests and got together regularly after he retired from CW service. I considered this good man a dear friend. I will miss him.
