Betty certainly was a loving caretaker to many children. Her home seemed to always be teeming with their laughter and her yard was their playground. My sincere condolences to the Crane family.

I grew up acrossed across the street. Betty used to babysit me when I was small. She take me everywhere. I learned plenty about the chickens and horses. I loved riding Sugarfoot and helping her make butter. Lol Nothing but great memories of Mrs. Crane. Loved her very much. ❤

I have many happy memories of growing up living across the dirt road from Mrs. Crane, helping to care for her pony Sugarfoot and eating too many green apples from her fruit trees even though she warned me they'd probably give me a stomachache (and they did a few times). She was truly a great lady and a wonderful friend and neighbor to my parents long after I moved away. Heartfelt condolences to the whole family.

Betty was a wonderful friend and neighbor who always extended a helping hand to me and my family. I could always count on Betty. We enjoyed many good times and walks together. I'll never forget her. Till we meet again, Girl! "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." Psalm 115:16
