Tracy Arlene Norman, age 51, passed away on January 24, 2018. Born on April 25th 1966, she was a lifetime resident of Hampton Roads and Lanexa, VA.
She is preceded in death by her brother Charles Rasnick and her grandparents Curtis and Arlene Rogers.
She is survived by her mother, Sandra Rogers, brother Jason Norman (Jennifer Norman), sister Chelsea Norman, her three children,Sandra Swertner, Zachary Dominguez (Mary Allen), and Travis Hux and 5 grandchildren, Ryan, Jordan, Cameron, Ava, and Dominic. She was immensely proud of her family and loved them dearly as they did her.
Tracy was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She leaves behind to cherish her memory so many friends who loved her dearly and who meant the world to her.
Tracy was a beautiful person, inside and out. Her smile could light up a room and her laughter was contagious. She always had a smile and a hug ready for anyone she came across.
There are many things that can be said about her, but for those who knew and loved her, words don’t do her justice. She will be loved, missed, and remembered fondly by all who knew her and her memory will stay alive through those she left behind.
There will not be a funeral. She wanted her ashes planted in a bio urn with a tree seed, in the spring sometime around her birthday we will be having a tree planting ceremony and celebration of life for friends and family to attend with details to come as the time gets closer.
In lieu of flowers please make a contribution in her name to your local animal shelter or humane society to honor her love of animals.
