    Charlotte Schrader says:
Charles was a wonderful neighbor to me for 16 years, although I barely knew him. Recently he begged me to let him use his fancy new riding mower on my yard, and I was delighted to comply. And whenever the power went out, he plugged my fridge into his generator to save my food. He never asked anything in return. I will greatly miss not only his helpfulness but also his always friendly smile and wave. He was a very kind man who did his best for others.

    Leslie H. says:
Bubbus was a generous and kind person and will surely be missed by everyone he touched. He always kept a level head and was there to support his family no matter what. He was truly their "Rock". I didn't know him as well as I would have liked, , but his generosity and willingness to help was obvious to the most casual observer. The stories shared by his family showed his love of each and every one of them. I know there will be a void in everyone's heart because of his passing. Find strength in the memories you shared. My prayers are with all the family. God Bless Him.
